- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 cup of sugar- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup of milk
::Directions::
Mix all the above, and pour into prepared cake pan OR cupcake pan
Bake 10-15 mins. or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Top with your favorite cake icing.
